I grew up in Courtice and have been practicing massage therapy here since graduating from Fleming College in 2009. With a background in athletics—including long-distance running, triathlons, and CrossFit—I understand how important proper recovery and movement are for a healthy, active life.
As a Registered Massage therapist since 2009, I provide deep tissue, prenatal, and relaxation massage tailored to each individual. I commonly treat back and shoulder pain, tension headaches, low back pain, and stress-related discomfort.
